c. make more money

d. get a better job

You’re probably thinking they are more difficult to achieve than losing weight. Not necessarily if you make your career resolutions wisely by setting small and achievable goals. Additionally, addressing career concerns might make you more fulfilled on a daily basis. Therefore you should ask yourself a straightforward question: are you happy in your current job or do you need more challenges? Changing a career is not easy, but it is very achievable, providing you know where to look. Right now all eyes have turned to the East.Is it possible to make a career in the East in such countries as Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine or even Russia? Headhunting agencies in Russia and the Ukraine are specifically seeking specialists in Poland, in such business sectors as marketing, IT, sales or finance. Polish managers have found a niche labor market which will need more and more professionals in the near future. The Baltic states, Russia and the Ukraine are countries with economies in transition. The liberalization of foreign trade, as well as the growth of the private sectors are among the acknowledged successes of the developing countries. Privatization of medium and large-scale enterprises is only beginning in Latvia, and in Estonia about 150 companies have been privatized during the past two years. However, what can hamper this development is the lack of trained personnel. So act now, as you might not get another chance and make sure you create the life you want for yourself in the New Year.
