SHEIN's European logistics centre, based around a series of warehouses near Wrocław, is the cornerstone of the company's regional operations. To date, the centre has created more than 3,000 jobs, driving economic growth and creating considerable employment opportunities for local residents. In the coming years, SHEIN plans to expand further in Poland and across Europe to create more jobs and make the company one of the largest employers in the region. These investments reflect SHEIN's confidence in the business potential of this location and the development of the local consumer market.

'Thanks to advanced logistics facilities, solid infrastructure, convenient transport links to key European cities and a large pool of skilled employees, Wrocław and its surroundings are a very attractive location for the logistics industry', says Wei Chuen Chua, Senior Director of Public Affairs, SHEIN Group. We intend to continue investing in the region and creating more jobs. We also see huge opportunities for many companies', he adds.

Support for local businesses

As part of its commitment to Lower Silesia, the company SHEIN works with over 170 local small and medium-sized enterprises in areas such as transport, packaging and professional services. The goal is to support local manufacturers and service providers, which further contributes to the development of the region.

Company SHEIN launched its operations in Poland in 2022, introducing a local version of its website and app. In April 2025, SHEIN made its integrated trading platform available to Polish brands and retailers, providing them with access to millions of consumers in various markets across Europe.

To support the success of local brands and retailers, SHEIN provides them with access to real-time product performance and trend information and allows them to build visibility through SHEIN's global marketing ecosystem, such as promotion on social media and platform-wide campaigns.

SHEIN's goal is to help more Polish companies – including SMEs and offline retailers looking to start an e-commerce business – increase their online presence through the SHEIN platform, even if they lack e-commerce experience or capabilities. Only months after opening its marketplace to local sellers, more and more Polish companies are offering their products on SHEIN.

This development demonstrates SHEIN's commitment to localisation and business development, allowing Polish companies to access international markets and simultaneously contribute to the growth of the local economy.

Key market

According to a December 2024 report by Oxford Economics, SHEIN's operations in Poland contributed PLN 500 million to the economy in 2023.

‘Poland is a key market for SHEIN both in Europe and globally, and we are proud to continue contributing to the growth of the Polish economy', adds Wei Chuen Chua. By opening our trading platform to Polish brands and retailers and with our plans for warehouses in Wrocław, we are delighted to support the dynamic trade community in Poland and look forward to establishing further long-term partnerships that will benefit both sellers and buyers', he explains.
